FENIX offers free 30-day returns on all unworn, unwashed items with tags attached. To start a return, use the link in your order confirmation email. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving your return. Sale items are final sale. We do not offer exchanges — return your original order and place a new one for the fastest turnaround. FENIX is not responsible for items damaged through misuse or improper care.
