Shipping
Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $120.
Orders under $120 ship for a flat rate of $8.95.
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
- Express Shipping: 2–3 business days ($14.95)
- Overnight: Next business day ($24.95)
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
Carbon-Neutral Delivery
Every FENIX shipment is carbon-neutral. We offset 100% of the emissions from delivery because the planet you train on deserves the same care as your performance.
Returns
Not feeling it? No problem. We offer free 30-day returns on all unworn, unwashed items with tags attached.
- Start your return at our returns portal (link in your order confirmation email)
- Drop off at any carrier location — the label is on us
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your return
Exchanges
Want a different size or colour? We recommend returning your original order and placing a new one for the fastest turnaround.
